Founder’s Bio: Ragebul Islam

Ragebul Islam is a resilient Social Entrepreneur, Strategy & Transformation Lead, and the visionary Founder of RST (Resilience, Strategy, and Transformation) and PureSheba. With over 15 years of diverse global experience across India,China,Malaysia,Singapur,Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bangladesh, he specializes in building ethical business models and leadership frameworks that thrive under pressure.

Despite living with Long Segment Transverse Myelitis (LETM), Ragebul has turned personal adversity into a strategic advantage. He integrates his extensive background in cross-border trading [Entrepreneur/Owner R.S. Trading (Import–Export & Wholesale)] and humanitarian response with advanced expertise in Positive Psychiatry ans Mantel Health (University of Sydney ), Positive Psychology (UNC Chapel Hill), Psychological First Aid (Johns Hopkins),Emotional Intelligence & Leadership (Case Western Reserve University) and Generative AI (IBM).

He also completed an MBA , Ragebul is a published researcher and a vocal advocate for inclusive growth. Through RST, he empowers leaders and organizations to navigate crises with emotional intelligence and data-driven strategies. His mission is to bridge the gap for marginalized voices, proving that true leadership is defined not by physical limits, but by an unbreakable spirit and a commitment to sustainable social impact.
