My Journey of Faith & Resilience

In December 2021, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis.

I lost my ability to walk - but not my will to rise again.

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to learning, healing, and inspiring others.

From neuroscience to positive psychology, I’ve explored how the human mind can overcome suffering and rediscover peace.
